I know there's an average yard per punt statistic and IMO the most worthless stat in football. When your team's offense moves the ball like ours does of course your kickers average is going to be lower. 

I want to know how many times a punter can pin the opposition inside the 10.

Yea, probably but I wouldn't put it past a fellow Huddler to bring up an off-topic subject.

Hopefully it's Joe Webb. If something bad happens on the snap or we want to run a fake field goal, he could make a play.

They should just not carry a punter and let cam do the quick kick when they want to punt it.

Actually,  I'm starting to like this idea. He's  got good hands, he's fast, he's smart,...the fake punt possibilities are endless.
