Since assault on a female is a misdemeanor and sexual assault is a felony, Agholor himself did not call police, and his record has not been thrown out, expect his lifetime ban any minute.  Amiright?  http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2016/06/10/philadelphia-police-investigating-sexual-assault-allegation-against-nelson-agholor/

I'm not sticking up for Hardy, but yes, if you go by what happened to him, he should be exiled from the league.

"A dancer at Cheerleaders Gentleman’s Club told police that Agholor assaulted her inside the club on Thursday afternoon and Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross confirmed the department is investigating. Ross said police are trying to get video from the club "

-There's no video in a titty bar! If there were, it would be in my browser history.

Let the crucifixion begin.

Or must he train as usual, play with zero fanfare as the legal process plays out, keep his fingers crossed as to the league policy of the month, political flavor du jour, direction of the societal wind, wait with baited breath to see whether Michelle Beadle feels dirty, etc., then crucify.  All so confusing.

Sex assault at a strip club usually means she didn't get paid for services rendered.  Bouncers watch the girls like eagles so let's wait to hear the whole story before we give him a life time ban.

Wonder if he strolled in with a cup of Hennessy and tipped her $3?

That's what I was thinking. Similar to the Secret Service scandal in Columbia a few years ago. But it is still possible that he assaulted her, I suppose.

Few websites reporting victim crying wolf...

http://www.totalprosports.com/2016/06/11/stripper-falsely-accused-eagles-wr-nelson-agholor-of-rape-because-she-was-underpaid-by-him/

The source told NJ Advance Media that Agholor and a dancer at Cheerleaders Gentlemen’s Club in South Philadelphia agreed to go to a private room for an hour on Thursday afternoon, but the dancer left shortly after the two entered the room.

The person with knowledge of the incident said Agholor had agreed to pay the woman $1,400 for their time in the private room, but the dancer left before the agreed upon time and Agholor paid her $800. The person said the dancer wanted the full amount.

The dancer left the bar, was picked up by a friend, and the person said she never informed management of the alleged rape.

According to the same source, multiple dancers have told management that Agholor did nothing wrong, including a dancer who was with another Eagles’ player throughout the night.”

For $1400 I'm pretty sure you can get a 'private dance' in your own living room. I'm not saying I'd invite a stripper to my home, but Agholor did have options, and the one he chose ended up biting him in the ass, even if he did nothing whatsoever of an illegal nature.

    • Rags lost again. All is right in the hockey world.
    • He’s responsible for two drafts classes. The first was one of the worst drafts I’ve ever seem. The second one is showing a ton of promise. I’m somewhere between skeptical and hopeful on Morgan.
    • I'm a big fan of Dan. His ability to find productive players deep in the draft will pay off.  I'm going to give him 1.5 draft classes right now, because I do think it's a little unfair to evaluate his first year when he got the job in January, especially when we went into that draft not having a first round pick.  XL and Brooks are still big time TBD players. Both still have incredibly high ceilings, but both have also given us legitimate reasons to have a lot of pause. Trevin Wallace, Chau Smith Wade and Jatavion Sanders have IMO outplayed their draft position early in their careers. That's a great thing. He also got Coker and Demani Richardson as UDFAs that year. Given the situation we were in, I really don't mind the gamble on the high ceiling guys. Still may work out, still may not, but if you made a checklist of ideal situation for an NFL GM to walk into, ours was near the bottom of that list.  Every single 2025 pick is contributing in some way. That typically doesn't happen. I am absolutely blown away by this draft class 6 games in. Even the best GM's miss on occasion, and we can't expect Dan to be 100% on drafts moving forward. Ryan Fitzgerald was an excellent find as well.  Comparing our last two drafts to the previous few is pretty shocking. Can you imagine this season without our Rookies? It would not be good. Additionally, this roster only has 6 players with more than 6 years of experience, and two of those are specialist.  The next step is equally important, and still very much TBD. We have to avoid Cap Chaos.
