Hate to say it but even roman would've been in better position..

I kind of agree!  Harper had the experience to know what he saw.  Boston has all the skill, but he's not there in his decision making yet.  I hope it gets there soon.

As to Bradberry, for a rookie, he's done about as well as we could hope, given that he's a small school rookie.  I mean, our WRs beat real NFL CBs too.  Bradberry is going to get tested, and he was behind on that TD.  Now he's got something else to learn.  What I keep reading about him is that he absorbs so much information and can apply it very quickly.

Folks keep giving him a hard time for wearing #24 while Norman is basically shuting down half the field in Washington.  Let's remember Josh's the extra trash talker, the guy who single-handedly blew the Buffalo game, or who would freelance instead of play the system...  It took Josh time to get good before he became great.  Give Bradberry a chance.  So far, not too horrible.

I still remember the bears game with Brandon Marshall.. he could stop same damn play over and over.. a hitch route..

Actually Boston was in the correct position for the scheme, just a bad zone design, letting a route get deeper then the safety. McD needs to fix that sh*t.

Ya, that Touchdown was on Bradberry.

Rivera in his post-game comments said that you are wrong and that Boston should have taken coverage of the post.

Watch the play, two deep routes, Boston bit on the underneath, didn't even seen the deep behind him, rookie mistake. If he did bite though they would have thrown to the TE underneath, TD was shifting to the sideline because he didn't see where the deep was and Luke was still off the TE, either way it was most likely a reception.

Bad Scheme, bad instincts, left Bradberry on an island.

Watch the post-game comments from the Head Coach where he clearly stated that covering the deep post on that play was Boston's responsibility.

Everyone expecting Boston to have the experience and veteran savvy of Harper without the years that went with it are delusional.

Sure, but I'd prefer not wait 5 more years for him to know what the hell he's doing. Harper also had good instincts from the start.

Cornerback James Bradberry is unlikely to reach Josh Norman’s level on a consistent basis, but he was outstanding against the 49ers. On seven throws into his coverage, he allowed only one catch for 6 yards, picked off a pass, and deflected another.

huh? i mean i understand that boston was supposed to be helping on the torrey smith TD but... he was still bradberry's man on that and he should be credited with giving up a touchdown.

this is why PFF is stupid.

I had to reread your post. It was a little confusing. You need to use "   .... " when you're copying/pasting words from someone else.

I really liked what I saw from Bradberry and as much as I don't think he should be starting, Boston had himself more good plays than bad.

Bradberry will make some rookie mistakes, but before you know it we won't even be thinking of him as a rookie- just a valuable veteran CB.
