Get rid of shula

Shula has a decent enough football mind, but I think leadership may just be too much for him. He panics when the game doesn't go as it was intended to, and he absolutely freaks out in clock situations. I have no idea how he thinks it's reasonable to take so long getting the play in, especially with the clock running out, but the guy is clearly overwhelmed and too emotionally swayed by the goings-on in-game.

 

This team went into an absolute shell after the safety and I had this mental image of Shula breaking down into hysterics in the booth.

All TC I heard about this team changing things up. I don't see any change. Same Shula

I think it's been said, only with a caveat. Cam played bad, but damn if Shula did anything to help.

Personnel......don't know how you blame Shula for holding the ball to long, dropping passes,getting crucial penalties after we have a big gain. As always wr's can't get separation....I don't know how Shula gets the blame for this one

And, last time I checked, the guys who are overall responsible for preparing players to execute?
