Got the extension on the import guys.
KK, Coleman, and Oher Key starters
Klein, Fozzy, and Love key reserves

Pep and Smitty come back on 1 year deals to try for a ring and retire a panther.  Smitty would be a more of the long shot realistic.  Pep is still close to us and was rumored before we Franchised Hardy wanting to come back here but we went Hardy.
Okafor- key pass rusher for this defense.  Arizona goes to resign Chancelor and Okafor slides.

Draft:
Fournette- obvious, compared to the next AP.  In a offense that revolves around the run game, this guy wouod be Huge especially considering how good our interior OL is.  I know Trai Turner will LOVe this pick.
Malik Hooker-  safety has been possibly the biggest weakness of the D. Yes the young corners are learning and the pass rushers waited until this week to show up.  But the Safety play has been terrible sliding Coleman to the other safety spot went feom looking like a probowler to joe schmoe.  Boston has been Bad.  deep safety draft causes hooker to slide.  Would be a first rounder in about any other draft.  Hooker great in coverage and great at tackling takes over and lets Coleman slide back over to where he is good at.
John Ross- somehow he slid.  We dont resign Ginn but Ross is a Deep weapon and a solid return man.  Now with the addition of Smitty as well. this causes Philly Brown to be on the bubble but he fights off Bersin for that last spot.
Jordan Leggett- solid receiver with the tools to be a star.  Good chip blocker as well.  Will sit and learn under Olsen until he retires and slide into that receiving TE role.  also lets Olsen get some rest, something he hasnt seen the last few years.
Quincy Wilson-  Corner while young could still use another guy to compete.  Wilson is Talented.
Deatrich Wise-  kid is a good athlete with the tools to be good.  comes in and sits back and gets mentored by Pep for a year.
Tyler Orlosky-  Kalil isnt young and has had a gew injuries, need to start groomjng the guy who can step in when he hangs it up.
Jeremy Sprinkle- takes over the Dickson blocking TE role.  good athlete and sleeper as a receiver.
Freddie Stevenson- good blocker, lead man for Cooks at FSU.  good runner and good receiver which Shula likes in his FBs

JFC, if we get any of those drafts I'd be happy, but Quincy Wilson has been mocked top 10 in many drafts and I am starting to see Demarcus Walker in the late 1st. I mean that first draft, if you told me we could add Fournette, Ross, Leggett and Sprinkle (Orlovsky is a backup for a bit) on offense and get Wilson and Hooker, I would have told you that I love you. Just ridiculous.

I'm going to play with that and see.

Yeah that one was early on before they started to move up the board.  Wilson agreed wont fall to the 4th.  he may fall to the 2nd or 3rd just showing how deep this corner class is.

First one I did:

  1. Round 1: Derek Barnett, DE, Tennessee
  2. Round 2: Jake Butt, TE, Michigan
  3. Round 3: Samaje Perine, RB, Oklahoma
  4. Round 3: Cooper Kupp, WR, Eastern Washington
  5. Round 4: Dion Dawkins, OT, Temple
  6. Round 5: John Johnson, S, Boston College
  7. Round 6: John Pirsig, OT, Minnesota
  8. Round 7: Deyshawn Bond, C, Cincinnati
  9. Round 8: Weston Steelhammer, S, AIr Force

There are four guys I really like in the first right now: Derek Barnett, Jamal Adams, Fournette, and Cook.  Would love any, but pass rushers are at such a premium now I went with Barnett in the first.  Then after that, I went with offense on basically every single pick minus a few safeties.  Butt has a great hands and has been one of the better tight ends in cfb over the years.  As far as the OT's guy, basically throwing poo at the wall and seeing what sticks.  OT position is dead in college, your best bet is to take a few late and hope one can be molded into a good starter.

I like it but Carlson isn't declaring this year.

Resign KK.  Sign your big FA in the trenches, show the team you still will spend the money.  Ginn doesnt get re signed But Cams buddy Deshawn Jackson is a improvement plus a vet who can help this young WR group of KB, Funch, and Philly.  Extend Coleman and a couple important depth guys like Love.  Klein gets a good deal done,  gives option for trade bait down the road in a year or 2.  Gettleman proves a point and stacks the defensive backfield. Safety duo of Coleman and Adams become one of the top duos off the bat.  Signs one of his former giants Amukamara who has underwhelmed in Jax, brings back Captain for the Nickel. Awuzle is Bradberry 2.0.  Bradberry, Worley, Amukamara, Awuzle, and Captain will bring out some major Competition.
Depth at pass rusher.  Sign CJ for a 2 year deal so he retires a panther, Okafor, and Thomas could push Ealy (who will be playing a contrct year) down the chart.
Stewart cut and resigned to a more friendly 2 year deal Plus draft Foreman going back to a 2 back double trouble keeping both fresh and Healthy.
Leggett is the closests thing weve had for a TE duo since Shockey.
No big moves at OT but bring in Kalil who could be Oher of last year.  With a project in Davenport behind to groom.

NCFAN that is probably the perfect dream senario. Getting DJackson is like having Ted Ginn with hands would be gigantic on its own. Getting high quality Defense players in FA is great, draft looks good and especially like drafting what could be the evetentual replacements for Olsen and Stewart
