i dont understand it, lets say kelvin would have caught a pass and fell while catching it with the defender touching him when he caught it, he would be down, they wouldnt let him get back up and run, and thats exactly what just happened just the other way around

That might be correct but if the whistle doesn't blow it doesn't matter what as t you think. Add that play to the one earlier and I would bench or deactivate him for a game to get his attention.
