Has a NFL team ever been first in sacks, last in pass defense?

As long as you can rush the passer, you can put literally anybody back there and be great. Its just get system.

We have been getting killed by screens and swing passes this season, nothing our pass rush can do against that.

I am pretty sure that was a sarcastic/tongue in cheek comment.

Forerunner types with his tongue inside his own buttcheek, which is the reasoning behind literally everything else he has ever posted sounding like it was posted by a 9 year old version of pantherclaw on meth

This is more than being able to cover WRs. We've struggled against covering RBs and TEs. We have a lot to clean up in the secondary regardless of talent. The zone cover scheme needs to be reevaluated as good offenses has shredded it's flaws.

We have to run zone because corners can't cover straight up

    • The good thing about replacing a bad player is you really have nothing to lose. If their replacement is bad so what, you didn't get much worse and probably saved money.
    • I came over from the old Panthers Insider site. When Fox Sports bought that platform it slowly just started dying plus the guy who ran that site was dealing with some pretty significant health issues so the whole thing just slowly fell apart. Quite a few of us migrated over here. Not sure how many are still around.  I miss that place. It struck a nice balance of having enough active posters to keep productive conversation flowing but didn't have so much traffic that you end up with a lot of trolling BS. This place is getting there though since we shutdown new registrations but at some point we're going to have to open it back up or we'll watch this place slowly die off too as posters fall off for one reason or another. We just have to figure out a way to filter out the spam bots. It was a never ending battle to ban the spam bots to keep then from overrunning the site. You'd think they'd be a little more strategic. I mean, if you fill a site with nothing but spam people are just going to stop coming so it's not a sustainable model. But nope, every one of them makes dozens of duplicate threads filling up pages upon pages as soon as their account goes live.
    • lol...I don't remember that.  Although recalling what I had for breakfast yesterday is sometimes a challenge.  Hope it was a positive thing.
