That part isn't relevant anymore.

But the argument with how many women and kids he has is a concern, along with his group he hangs with according to scouts.

The scouts are voicing these concerns.

The bigger concern with Cook is the three shoulder surgeries he's had.  One in HS and two at FSU.  Hard to be a RB without using your shoulders. Could be chronic, like Stewart's foot problems.

I don't even know why the # of kids/baby mamas would be a concern. Don't the president of the United States have two or three BM's, whom I'm sure a good portion of this fan base voted for? As for his friends, they're probably nothing more than dudes he grew up with. Probably don't know a thing about them, and want to call them thugs.

I don't want us to draft him, but the reasons in this thread aren't why.

No big deal to me I wanted them to avoid Cook. If they are going to take a RB I would rather it be Fournette or Jamaal Williams.

There are some minor off-the-field concerns regarding Cook; not so much with his character, but the company he keeps. Cook is said to have an entourage that has some real thugs. These friends have teams worried that it could be dangerous for Cook to continue hanging around them. Dave's obsession with size is just weird. As the game evolved more and more toward speed, Dave is trying to field teams consisting of an entire roster of guys with plus size for their respective position.

I'm not interested in him at #8 due to his boom or bust running style. Seems like everything goes for either 10+ or no gain.

I think he has a ton of talent, but I also think that FSU OL was a run blocking machine. He's a boom or bust NFL prospect IMO. Too risky at #8.

Welp..  No chance cook is a Panther now. But I'm still hoping for Adams or fournette at 8 anyways
