I mean if you want to go back in the tournament UNC shouldn't have advanced out of the Kentucky(Elite eight) or Arkansas game. Major help from refs in both games for the Heels.

I don't even have to link the Kentucky articles. Four starters on the bench in the first half due to touch fouls is pretty bad.Game after game UNC benefitted from numerous obvious missed calls that no one else seemed to get. Congrats on winning the 6th but don't act like officiating was equally bad for everyone.

That's such a poor argument. The officiating for the whole tournament was not great, and there were missed/bad calls on both sides of the ball that UK/UNC game. UNC had sit several of it's starters as well in the first half because they had two fouls. Even to the point where Stillman White had to come in play PG for a few minutes. The difference was Roy brought back in his starters even if they had two fouls while Cal decided to keep his on the bench. Despite all of that, UK still came back and tied the game in the last seconds, it just came down to Luke "MFing" Maye to hit a clutch shot. UNC won the title because they executed better down in the final minutes of games, where UK and other teams did not.

    • OK, we are letting our top RB go.  We have Chuba, Etienne, and Brooks.  Imagine a player who could LEGITIMATELY play the slot and back up at RB?  I am sure he'd be a special team player as well.  I noticed him at the combine, and thought, "Here is a late rounder who could stand out as a slot and provide depth at RB. Without further ado....(I know one Huddler who might be able to tell us more about this guy): Navy running back/wide receiver Eli Heidenreich headlined the 2026 NFL Combine for the Midshipmen, running an official 4.44-second 40-yard dash and recording 16 reps on the bench press. Recognized as a versatile, "Swiss army knife" offensive weapon, Heidenreich solidified his draft stock as a potential day three target.    Eli Heidenreich (RB/WR - Navy) 2026 Combine Performance: 6'0" 200 lbs.   40-Yard Dash: 4.44 seconds. 10-Yard Split: 1.55 seconds. Vertical Jump: 35.5 inches. Broad Jump: 10' 0". Bench Press: 16 Reps. Highlights: Showcased as a premier receiving threat from the backfield, having left Navy as the program's all-time leader in receiving yards (1,994). High character.  Smart.  Maybe, just maybe....
    • These refs are horrible.  They definitely got money on this game lol.
    • I don’t think the concept is bad thinking. That money this year is a ball buster, for getting nothing out of it.    gives him a little future location security and maybe hope that if he can get back we’ll pay him, with a renegotiation. Could give us some relief this year. That is kind of creative.
