Not understanding some of the hate here. It's a depth signing/camp body. On the cheap. Who knows the system. If he can stay healthy as depth, no reason he can't perform as an adequate backup.

Might as well squeeze every drop out of a guy that we used a 2nd round pick on. 

I remember that on his way out Geoff Hangartner said Amini was going to have an all-pro season... but injuries and inability to react to stunts seemed to derail that. 

Let's hope Amini 2.0 is new and improved.

In 2014 he was supposed to step on at RT but went on IR before ever doing so.
