Probably around the $25-30 mil range I assume.

Would be enough to go after a few vets and Barry Church/A starting SS as our splash move. Possible slot receiver as well, just have to wait it out.

I got us around 18-20M. For some reason Over the Cap does not have Addison's deal with is just north of $7M this year. Don't know the figures of Bersin, Horton, or Jones.

 Addison will count around 4.5M towards the cap this year. I would bet  my house CJs cap hit is less than the average 4.75. The rest could be cut with little to no penalty. 

 We also have around 14M in cuts in Dickson, Oher, Gano, Boston, Stewart, if needed.

I double checked the numbers - it's more like right around $20M depending on what Horton and Bersin got. OTC was already accounting for Norwell's tender but gave you the option to tender him again which I did on accident.
