LT- Kalil, Oher??

LG- Norwell, Amini

C- Kalil, Larsen, Gradkowski

RG- Turner, Yankey

RT- Williams, 6 guys I have never heard of

TE- Olsen, Dickson

FB- Daryl Young, Devon Johnson

R DE- Addison, Peppers, Delaire

L DE Johnson, Horton, Larry Webster

DT- Short,Butler

DT- Star Crume

OLB- Davis, Jeremy Cash, Jacobs

MLB- Luke, Mayo

OLB- Shaq, Jared Norris

CB1- Bradberry, Lou Young

CB2- Worley, 2 no names.

Nickel- Munnerlyn, Zanchez,

FS- Coleman, Boston, Colin Jones

SS- Adams, Marlowe

Leaves our needs as follows:

Depth at minimum for both tackle spot's. Upgrade a RT would be ideal.

Possibly RG depth but I think Larsen and Gradkowski could fill in if needed

WR- Need a player capable of being a starter. Can't fully trust Funchess yet, plus one injury to him or Benjamin and we are in bad shape.

TE, Wouldn't hurt to upgrade Dickson if possible but seeming less likely.

FB- More competition if nothing else.

DT- Run stuffer to back up Star

CB- Need some insurance behind Bradberry and Worley

DE- Not a huge need but Peppers only here for 1 year, quite possible the same for CJ.

SS- Need to get younger. Another Gman band aid like Peppers but hey its better than the answer is on your roster bullshit.

RB- Hoping for Fournette. I always thought it would make Stewart more expendable but with all these 1 year deal's and Vets we've signed looks like we are gearing for a run and Artis-Payne may be the more likely one to get the axe if we draft a decent back

Looks like we can go multiple ways with 1st round pick now. HB,DE, S, CB, WR all in play here.

Draft picks. 8,40,64,98,115,152,192,233

Needs in no particular order

Depth on Oline - maybe an Elfien from Ohio State who can play all 3 positions and be eventual Kalil replacement at C. probably with our 3rd rounder

Safety - we have a vet now and can use a young captain for the secondary

DE- Ditto the safety explanation

LB - Losing AJ leaves us very thin in a critical position

RB - Tolbert gone, Stewart on last year, if not Fornette, then someone like Perine late second

Basically look for guys with one year left on their contracts or playing on one year contracts

Deal structures starting to come in.

Peppers- 1 year deal. 3.5 to 4.25 cap hit. Depends on if 750k in Bonus money is deemed likely to be earned.

Munneryln- 4 years 21 Million. 10.5 Guaranteed. 6 of which is signing bonus.First year 1 million base salary and 1.5 of singing bounus makes it at least 2.5 cap hit in year 1. Year 1 and 2 probably fully guaranteed.

Kalil 5 years 55 Million. 35 Million guaranteed. Rest of structure not reported yet.

Mario Addison 3 years 22.5 Million. 11.5 Guaranteed. 7.5 paid in first year.

Year 1 cap hit 4.354

Year 2 cap hit 8.9

year 3 cap hit 9.1

Charles Johnson (DE)

2 years 2.5 Guaranteed

year 1 cap hit: 4.359

year 2 cap hit: 3.5

Charles Johnson (WR)

1 year 2.5 Millon

Mike Adams 2 years. Can't find details on money yet

Russell Shepard 3 years. Can't find details on money yet

I'm all about the best player available at eight whether that's Leonard, Howard or defensive end. And I wouldn't be surprised if Dave packages picks and jumps back in the first round for Ross or my personal favorite Davis.

And Davis with Benjamin would be a great receiving hair along with our other free agents

Yeah we have a gaping hole still at WR #2 and WR #3. I don't trust Funchess or the role players we just signed. And I'm even hoping Benji steps it up this year too even though had the yards last season the performance overall could have been much better. If he can get a little faster and catch almost everything (and NOT get the fuging ball stripped out of his hands like a punk) he could be pretty damn good for us.

I think we need to draft a WR and perferably in the first 3 rounds. Whether that be a great all rounder like Corey Davis, Smith Shuster, Cooper Kupp , Zay Jones, Malachi Dupree, Ardarius Stewart,   or a  speed threat like John Ross or Dede Westbrook , Issah Ford, KD Cannon, A smaller slot WR like Artavus Scott or Ryan Switzer,  or even sort of hybrid RB/WRs such as Curtis Samuel or Christian McCaffrey. Not a terrible year to have WR needs if you're defensive minded team is actually willing to pull the trigger on one or two of them.

CB class is very deep and so is RB + Saftey class as well . If Gettleman does BPA AND doesn't stock picks on one position (like last year 3 cbs) gets diverse talent from multiple different positions this could be a great draft for us.

I think out of all the players we could draft either Ross or Fournette of the highest potential to change our team for the better. Probably Ross if he stays healthy assuming Stewart plays a full healthy season for us. If Stew gets injured for multiple games again,  then I'd say Fournette would be the better pick.
