At this point, I just want him 100 percent healthy before he plays at all. If that takes a little longer, then so be it. The season mandates its share of pain and blood, so you really don't need to run out on the field of battle injured from the get-go.

I'm guessing that they're targeting the 3rd pre season game for Cam to get some game reps. I doubt he will play 3 quarters like they usually do though.

Yeah, the 3rd preseason game is the only one I'd like to see him play in.  And I agree that it probably doesn't need to be 3 quarters worth, which is usually standard for the official dress rehearsal.

There's a lot of speculation he won't play at all during preseason, so I'm not sure it is that obvious.
