I think so too. Tons of experience. Also, not sure if any money is saved by cutting him at this point?

We wont cut Lee. The reason he didn't put yesterday was that we are showcasing Palardy to other teams. Michael Palardy is a good, young, cheap punter that has trade value.

No money would be saved at all after he took the pay cut recently and got more guaranteed. That sealed his spot as our punter. Palardy could fetch us a conditional 6th.

Even a 7th rounder would be nice for a player we're going to cut in 2 weeks. A team like Arizona could be an option. They have Leone and Wile who have not impressed so far.

This!

Remember we traded a 4th for Lee and a 7th

And good GM should easily get a 6th for him minimum.

Lee has been one of the best punters ever.

Palardy has been below average for half a season.

No GM is going to give a 6th for a below average P.

    • What people fail to understand is Lance had a college career that lasted about as long as teenage boys first intercourse.  To say he was raw was an understatement.  So much so that even a QB whisperer had a difficult time molding him into a polished NFL product on top of multiple nagging injuries.  The dud is in his mid-twenties, finally healthy and little miles on the tread.  Low risk, high reward.  If he's available, it would be stupid not to kick the tires.  It took Darnold and Mayfield to hit their 3rd or 4th team for things to finally click.  This is Lance's 3rd stop, I believe.  It's either time for it to click for him or be relegated to a full time backup. Roll the dice....
    • Wrong.  At least we put a QB sneak in the play book and and add plays over 20 yards.
    • I don’t know if people realize that Evan’s was one of the top TE prospects in college  before having some horrible injuries. I wanna say he had two major injuries in back to back seasons which limited his play and dropped his draft stock.
