CMC running the wildcat, i.e. the WildCaff

What if we run a triple option where Cam is the tailback? In this case CMC takes the snap, fakes it to stew and pitches it to Cam, who throws it down the field? Tell me that isn't the kind of 7-minutes to execute gadget play that Shula would love.

I'm glad you're back from your trip to get your "stuff".

well, they spent a good bit of time working on it in practices so i wouldn't be surprised to see it periodically.

not crazy about it being called the wildcaff, though.

makes me think about something like this:

Too late, the name is bigger than all of us, as of 5pm tomorrow. Everyone is going to be saying it.

i know and i've had enough experience with cows to know you don't mess around with them. learned lessons like don't ever punch them in the side of the head because you'll only get the cow to look at you weird and put it's head down and start moving in your direction faster than you would like while you're dealing with the very painful reality that you just broke your hand on a cows head and now it's annoyed with you.

still...it's not a picture that drives fear in the typical person. they think..."hey, it's a baby cow! how bad can it be?" and then you find out. so, maybe it is a fitting name. just takes too much explaining.

That's genius right there. Somebody call Shula.

    • There are no juggernauts this year. Feels like everyone in the playoffs field is gonna have a puncher's chance. All the best teams still have very obvious flaws.
    • It does vary, and depends on their health and other factors. I mean you really can’t look at the schedule in August and know what you will be facing mid season or even early Any time because stuff happens. It is any given Sunday relative to that. Early this year, KC was beatable. Will they be in December? And we don’t know if they’ll be motivated, or out of it. One team, that is likely a different team in 10 weeks. That’s an example what I mean.  Far as “decent” we know who the good teams are. We could hit a good team on a bad day, and we could have a really good one. It happens. All I’m saying. And I don’t expect it not to, for random teams. That’s about it. Predicting wins is an imperfect pastime.
    • To the folks the last couple years who were boosting up Josh Allen and shitting on Cam Newton. This one goes out to you.
