Not really. Olsen is one of the top TEs in the league and has been his entire career. KB has had injury and weight problems, hasn't been near the pro bowler Olsen is and definitely not nearly the hard worker or leader Olsen is. Don't get carried away now. Really good TEs are much harder to come by than good WRs

You basically can... I know people will try to play KB down but he was a really good possession WR. While Funchess is getting better he lacked the aggressiveness of KB.

The question I would like to know is Jerry Richardson sick? I mean these moves doesn't make any sense. Firing Dave Gettleman to hire Marty Hurney who he fired once before. Then Mark Richardson speaking on selling the team when he passes away. Nobody know when they are going to die. But why talk about it to the public not unless they they know the end is near.

To be fair, Martz ran a really effective version of the Coryell when he was the Rams OC.

But if you hired him, for the love of all that's holy don't let him make personnel decisions.

Olsen was not a top TE when we acquired him. Let's be realistic here.

 

He was 26th in yards and 13th in TDs the season before he arrived.....among TEs.  It was in 2014 before you could say he was truly a top TE. He was a good TE
