it's going to be comical when shula's here 20 years later and no one still wants to offer him any job elsewhere.

I wonder if it bothers him that other teams don't even think about reaching out to him? Probably not since the Panthers won't fire him.

So the terrible Ken Dorsey everyone thinks is crap might be wanted elsewhere. Maybe just maybe Cam's problems aren't due to coaching. When will we see changes? When Cam does and practices what he has been told to do since he came into the league. Mechanics are the players responsibility once the problems have become known and he has been told what to do to fix them. After that it is up to the player to take the advice and fix it.

No one here knows if Ken Dorsey can coach or not. The primary issue is Shula and that's why the man can't beg his way into a head coaching interview despite having an MVP QB in 2015.

There won't be any significant changes with our offense as long as Shula is the OC.

I'll accept anybody at this point.

Dak Prescott and Tony Romo's old QB coach Wade Wilson was just let go by the Cowboys.

Wilson was the QB Coach in Chicago for the same three years when Rivera was the DC and offensive consultant Ron Turner was the OC.

If Dorsey does move on, Wilson would probably be a strong candidate to replace him.

Your primary issue is Shula because you always blame anyone but Cam.  I agree that no one here knows how well Dorsey can coach but he get castigated here not because of him but because Cam continues to struggle. Nothing will change until Cam fixes his mechanics and stops throwing so inconsistently from one week to the next. That isn't Shula that is Cam. And you nut huggers need to stop taking up for him and see it for what it is. He needs to change not the coaches.

Dorsey never coached anywhere at any level before we hired him. At least when we hired Shula as the QB coach he had some kind of background in coaching.

Blaming Cam Newton for Ron Rivera's spotty ability to build a competent staff is laughable. Why do you think our special teams has been either mediocre or awful consistently even with different coaches? Rivera is a great defensive mind, but he is at times out of his depth in other areas unfortunately.

    • The same folks crying about the OL right now were crying about it in 2023 too. We have tied up over 100 million dollars in two interior olinemen alone. We've invested multiple first and second round picks in the offense. We hired an offensive minded head coach. This is an offensive team. The offense needs to produce or people need to be replaced.
    • This is the same place that has ridiculed and blasted Caleb Williams at every opportunity he has his team sitting at 10-4 in the same NFC that the Panthers are competing in. And their division in the NFC North is as or more competitive as our division. Yet from the same people who have very high standards for Williams we get every excuse imaginable for the smallest starting QB in the league even when he and his team continue to disappoint when the pressure is on. You lot aren't any less inconsistent than anyone else.
    • The Panthers are 9th in cap spent on offense this year.  However next season is already a different story  The Panthers as it stands right now will be 18th in cap spent on offense and 8th in cap spent on defense  The Panthers are currently set to spend more on defense next year than they are on offense this season Guys like Jaycee and Moehrig cap numbers take a big jump. Wharton has a massive cap hit   Jaycee Moehrig and Wharton in 2025 The same 3 in 2026 So this same defense as it stands right now will cost more in 2026 than this offense does right now… Got anything else you want to try?
