Colin Cowherd irrational hatred for Cam is amusing

He was fighting with 20 random people on twitter yesterday about Cam. Him Josh Norris got the into it also

He went on his show today down playing Cam’s performance, trying to make it look like Brees did more with less

So many problems with this, I’ll just list a few:

1. Cam is not The Golden Calf of Bristol and hasn’t even lost a game to BRADY if I’m not mistaken.

2. Stats are very misleading. Cam’s receivers overall have dropped less passes than Luck’s. Yet Luck and others have threw CONSIDERABLY more passes.

3. Don’t act like people don’t use the arguement that QBs don’t have help. You can’t say Aaron Rodgers is the best in the league and he has only won one Super Bowl by his logic. Because if he was great he would just win right???? Yeh....

4. Also, let’s not pretend that Cam doesn’t have a much tougher division to win than Patriots, Packers, and Colts. Jets, Bears, and Texans have been their biggest competition.

5. And what does he mean that Brees DIDN’T have a running game, so he had to beat the defense all by his lonesome??? REALLY?!?! It’s because he HAS a good backfield that our defense exhausted all their efforts trying to keep it at bay. That’s why he had the lanes to throw that he did.

Just Stop!!!

Lol that’s pathetic.  He uses drew brees to show that “cam has to have everything perfect to win” and yet the past 5 years or so all brees was lacking was a defense and wasn’t winning. This year brees has everything, defense, running game, receiving weapons, oline, coaching, and still had the same record as Cam and needed referee help to barely win in new orleans

Unfortunately, in life, some people have to be PERFECT every day at everything they do. One bad day usually erases one season (lifetime) of work. While others are allowed to only be average once in a while to be considered great. Some people are allowed to make mistakes after mistakes after mistakes, because it is part of growing up. While others are punished very harshly, if they only make ONE mistake. I'll stop here. Think about this, when you apply judgement to others.

Cowherd is on a mission to get after Cam. Stop listening to this fool.

Dude has always been a jackass.

Cam’s teams have had less drops over the past 6 yrs. because it’s a RUNNING TEAM!

And to think the names of Hill, Thomas and Snead Arent called weekly in Saints games. But Clay,Bersin and Shepard are better than the ones listed for the Saints is comical!

Again, he’s a jackass.

People just need to quit watching and listening to “hot take” sports entertainment.  The Colin’s, the Skips, the whoevers.

Go listen to Steve Kerr of the NBA preach the truth about the nonsense not just in sports but the world.  We feed the beast.   So there keeps becoming less news and less actual reporting......and more bullshit being served.

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
