Lot of good choices. Ideally someone who's worked a dual threat QB before. Maybe even someone from the college ranks. I wouldn't mind a former head coach either.

I have done 5 seconds of research. But i came across a guy by the name of John Defilippo. Current QB Coach for Eagles. Was the QB coach for Derek Carr his rookie year and spent one year as Browns OC In 2015 so he was destined to fail with that job already. The browns in 2015 had more yards then the 2017 panthers with Mccown, Manziel, and Austin Davis as QB.
