Doug Martin is pretty bad, he has had 2 good seasons out of 6, never had more than 500 yards in his bad seasons and the last two he only avg 2.9. add to that he is 29 and we are better of just keeping Stew because its no more meat left on this bone.

J-Stew is done, he is only good for short yardage. The best option is drafting one this year, my fav is Nick Chubb.

Younger and can be had in the 3rd for less money.. Go young...

Word is that he's likely going to dominate the combine and get overdrafted. Sounds like a much better athlete than football player. I'd generally prefer to pass on those types.

A late rounder that I'm intrigued by is Ryan Nall. He's another big back but he's got some wiggle to him. He might be able to be had as late as the 6th or even 7th. Combine will be big for him. As long as he can run 4.6 or better he should get drafted.

It seems Bucs might part away with their franchise RB with 2 years of disappointing season & of course having a younger RB by the way of Auburns Peyton Barber ready to take over.

Martin is still a talented player with a lot of Juice left in the tank w/ similar build & skillset to J-Stew that allows him to fit perfectly into Panthers' scheme.

What do y'all think of this move if Bucs depart w/ him? Maybe a similar situation when Ginn left Panthers to Saints, cause if one thing Panthers struggled with was having a running game besides CAM.
