Voth: Time to draft a mid-round QB

5-7th, take barrett.  Similar skillet to cam except without size, gets a chance to learn under him and no need to dramatically change offense if called upon.  Better yet, might even be able to Practice squad him because his skills at won't fit most other teams needs.  Would likely do well as a special teams ace in the meantime too.

The reason why Ron continues on is because he's a good coach, contrary to what some may think. Furthermore, Jerry Richardson told Dave Gettleman that Ron was staying when he first hired G-man.  Ron was a package deal. And certainly you don't think that's the guy who hired Ron in the first place is going to fire him upon his humble return.  Come on,  man.  The gig is up.

He's a decent coach I'll give you that.  But he has more authority than you guys want to admit.  Keep polishing that Hurney turd if you want but he is nothing more than a puppet with zero talent evaluation skills.  It's all good cause they are getting the band back together so you guys can settle down now.  I'll be here after the house is cleaned to see how you guys spin that.

A GM's job is to manage.  Furthermore, he made some good picks pre-Ron,  so I don't know where you're going with that. Many are skeptical of Ron's talent evaluation skills.

Hurney wasn't the best GM,  but when you go out of your way not to give the man ANY credit,  it really speaks to your own credibility and bespeaks of an agenda to discredit the man regardless of what he's trying to accomplish now (like so many of you desire to do anyway,  regardless).

I don't have to go out of my way to discredit Hurney.  His management has resulted in zero titles, zero, just as many as I have.  So what's your point?

Keep polishing that turd.

You and WOW are the ones spewing garbage.  Neither of you have a clue.  Maybe you should do some research before you make assumptions.

You are the one making the outrageous claim and using alleged facts to support your claim.  That means it is your responsibility to do the research and post your findings.

If we're gonna draft a QB, go in and just use an early pick on one for the future. Throwing darts at the wall drafting a QB just to say that you did is a waste of time unless you just strike gold on one late which is like winning the lottery anyway.

I never suggested a mid round pick is going to salvage the entire offense, but I'd rather add some depth to the offense or shore up the D in weak spots more than drafting a QB in a half ass way.

As for Stewart, it's a simple question of who replaces that production. So far no other RB, CMC included, has proven they are capable of helming the run game.

You are really worried about replacing 3.4 ypc?

Even if we don’t sign or draft a RB I would think you could get that out of CAP.
