The Rams have acquired Aqib Talib....

Hmmm.... a 32-year old corner that is good, but not great clogs the Rams checkbook and makes a Watkins signing less likely..... I'm ok with it.

It's tough to imagine a top-5 CB in the league along with a savvy, yet dirty veteran, but we've got playmakers at positions that aren't directly linked to them. Good thing we have guys like CMC, Olsen and I'm sure at least one new weapon on offense this offseason. And oh yeah, neither of those two corners can stop Cam when he takes off.

I'll be more scared next Wednesday if our only move is Joe Webb.

No doubt Philly and LAR have stepped up their NFC game. Seattle is going in the opposite direction. If SF gets one of AR15 or Watkins, look out.....they've got a top-10 pick and a sh*tload of cap space.

Thats now Peters and Talib on the same team. Hurndog 2.0 now HAS to find a WR or two otherwise we’re not making it out the NFC.

*didnt mean to misspell his name*

Dids you know that CBs biggest weakness is covering TEs.

Good for the rams. This is what happens when your front office is surrounded by smart people. Teams like the eagles and Rams and Seahawks went all in when they had a franchise quarterback under a team friendly deal. Carolina wasn't afforded that opportunity because they were run by two incompetent morons in Jerry Richardson and Marty Hurney. The wonder twins put this team in cap hell.

We were finally on the right path until the serial sexual harasser and ex cheerleader teamed up one last time to bring incompetent marty home.

It also helps to have 45m in cap space to take on an 11m dollar corner.

    • I knew very little about this player before we drafted him. When I read scouting reports about him I understood the pick and thought it made sense as a late round receiver with speed and special teams ability but after watching him more closely and now adding his interviews into the equation I'm actually really excited about him. I know it's just RMC but I noticed him running his routes with this extra step that really stood out to me during the general video posted earlier without realizing who it was doing that.  His speed in his first cut is just on another level and it's visible. When I saw it I was **** whoa, who was that?! Then I saw Horn JR. and my first thought was oh it's him. I think it's very possible that he was under appreciated going into the draft due to his height and stats because he played at Colorado where the attention was on 2 other players but I think this dude's ceiling is way higher than most think it is. Especially after watching his interview. He looks hungry. I may have found my fav rook for this year's pre-season. I like pulling for underdogs anyway and as someone who played on the small side myself it just gives me more reason to cheer for him. The competition at WR looks like it's going to be fierce this season. I honestly can remember any preseason where I looked at out wr group and got past 3 players who I thought were interesting but this season I'm interested in at least 5 who have my attention going into the season.
    • Wilson should be getting called for at least 3 penalties a night even in the post season. How does he not lead the NHL in PM???
