Honestly, I'm not all that worried about drafting a safety this year. The FA market is still flooded with above average talent in Reid, vaccaro, and Boston, and if one of the rookies doesn't fall to us we can still probably grab one of those guys.

What the FA market IS severely lacking is TE and CB depth, so I would rather we make a play for Josh Jackson or Oliver with our second instead of trading up for a safety, then going bpa between a safety and TE in the third.

I just hope we get Hand from Alabama, for nothing more than comedic value.  A second DL group of Horton Love Hand Cox would be the best thing ever.

trading our 2nd and higher 3rd vaults us to chicago's pick. i think we have to do it if its available. Jackson, Chubb, Reid, Hernandez, Oliver, Daniels (year 2) - all are difference makers.
