It is pretty obvious. I can't belive the league hasn't come down on him hard. That Uber case is just disgusting. And this is from someone who actually thought the Florida St. thing was sort of grey "he said/she said" type of situation.

Fwiw me and my pops said the same thing about him when he entered the league. We thought he has some sort of mental instability, and that is why he found himself in so much trouble and once in the league trouble would follow him.

I mean the guy has the following instances of getting in trouble that I know of off the top of my head. 

1 sexual assault case at FSU that was never pursued 

1 sexual assault case st FSU that police didn’t investigate till the media asked about it, then finally investigated it. 

1 of those sexual assault cases he settled out court. 

Suspended for standing up on a table at FSU randomly shouting “fug her in the pussy” 

Now has sexually assaulted a Uber driver in AZ. He was unrulely by witness accounts and they got him an Uber for him to leave. Then grabbed her crouch at a fast food drive thru. 

Guy has a pretty damning history that is starting to add up and make a trail of a similar behavior
