Resign that man!! He's been invaluable to the Panthers this season, there certainly wouldnt be a Monday night game with playoff implications against the the 49ers who sit at 7-4 and current 7th seed against the Panthers 6-5 current 9th seed. With Tampa only a half game lead in the Division with a trip to LA to take on the hottest team in the NFC the Rams. If he doesnt go off against Miami, Dallas, Greens Bay. we certainly lose all those games and the only real discussion on this board is who we taking in the draft. -
BTW Brooks made his NFL debut November 24 last year. Very nearly 4 months later than the start of camp. If not 4 months - I didn’t look up camp dates but it is late July right? -

I don't think he will ever be more than a 3rd RB/special teams guy. If we move on from Dowdle, we should definitely sign or draft a good NFL caliber RB.
