He's not necessarily justified in hating us (the team was right) but that doesn't really matter.

From his perspective, we should have paid him and waited for him to heal. That's not really practical, but how many guys do you know who would respond to losing an 8 million dollar a year contract by saying "Okay, that's fair, I understand"?
