You guys are relentless.  These guys are bad decision makers and I don’t think that is something that anyone can change. That’s the end of the story. If we signed him for .50 and a signed photo of Sir Purr, then we’d be out .50 and a signed copy of Sir Purr.

You could sense they were nearing their divorce on hard knocks...  they weren't happy with his absence and lack of details on why, and i'm also sure the other players didnt appreciate him sitting out almost all of camp either.  Then they benched him once he came back...  so, I'm not too worried about why they are reasy to move on.  

If all he's gotten in trouble for is weed and has gotten drinking under control, then it's worth taking the risk for.  Norv knows what he can do and Tepper, being a former minority owner with the Steelers is also extremely well-versed on what Gordon is capable of.  I expect that we are at least looking into it, but I doubt we make a big push...  Ron likes his guys.

No way! I don't believe that they axed him for anything other than substance abuse (and I don't care if it's weed, alcohol or what). If that's the case, then Gordon  is untouchable. I wouldn't give two cents for him.

Looks like they were just tired of the saga and he was already on thin ice after stepping away from the team during August. 

Only hope we'd have is that Gordon's favorite OC is Norv and if Norv wanted to acquire Gordon to fill Torrey's role(which is actually a good thing)

I don't know Gordon's deal, but if he can't make it two games into a season, there's an issue...and with that, I wish him luck-hopefully he knows he got to take this on directly and find the long term answer.

   He’s every bit the moron that his reputation suggests. 

But as long as he can pass his tests, and stay on the field, I’d offer a 6th just for the chance he acts semi-normal. You will never get a player that good in the 6th, and his salary is nothing. If he bombs in a week, lost nothing but a no value draft pick.
