This likely has something to do with special teams - Hawkins (who is active over Elder) can do a lot on ST - with Norris, Byrd and Smith out, they need more options.

Munnerlyn keeps getting burned and being out of position every Sunday, but gotta play those vets! I don't know if he would be in over Corn, if not for that lucky no-call he got last week when he straight up molested the WR.
