Advance to 1:08:30  for Panther's talk.

Excerpts:

(Simms) "I'm sick of the disrespect for Cam Newton. It actually really is starting to bother me."  (Hey Chris... call your Dad.)

(Simms) "The Cam Newton Effect is real."

(Kefkoe) "Surprise!  Bootleg!  How can you cover one side where McCaffrey is gonna run that's going to take all of your speed, but in the back of your head going "I also need to be ready to stop on a dime and go back to the other pylon because Cam Newton's strides are like the size of my body."

(Kefkoe, with sarcasm dripping) "Will he fall on a fumble?"

(Simms) "Don't think about "will he fall on a fumble", forget about those other 150 times he's run over middle linebackers."

(Kefkoe) "When you're a little cocky, man, people get really upset."

(Simms) "He's giving the ball and wrist bands to children."  (Kefkoe, sarcasm again) "What an asshole."

Agreed the Cam hate drives me absolutely nuts and I’m tired of the fumble joke too. Yes he should have jumped on it. Yes he will hear about it until he dies. But, honestly, Carolina wasn’t winning that Super Bowl regardless of Cam’s effort.

Offensice line was middle of the pack at best.

Receivers wouldn’t start on most teams.

JStew and DHall weren’t game changers.

Outside of Norman our secondary was suspect.

Denver’s defense was perfectly built to shut that team down with insane amounts of pressure and by covering subpar receivers with above average corners.

The picture of his current stats compared to his MVP year so far is stunning.

Great analysis of the panthers offense.  Have to cover entire field and with so much movement its hard to know where the ball is going.  Its an offense never before seen and its because of #1.  A lot of respect for Cam in this vid, nice to see for a change.

You forgot the refs consciously cheating us out of the game. That was the biggest factor.

Needed receivers to convert 1st downs. Cam Newton was hitting them in the hands and they could not catch.

Who would have thought not addressing the receiver position would have ever been a problem.

I've distanced myself from it since that night and probably won't come near that stuff until we win it all, then it can just become apart of that journey and make the eventual win all the better. But yeah no chance I'm torturing myself like that.

    • Winning games and be a +500 team are good. But the goal is to win Super Bowl.  Chiefs had Alex Smith, went to playoff twice and still replaced him.   BY as of now: - To many fumbles - Completion in the intermediate range is just far below acceptable - Not enough of a deep throw threat....   The stats you try use is deceiving.  Catchable......  That is an opinion. Show me the completion %. And also, how does BY compare to other QBs using the stats you cited. Oh... ranked at 27
    • Your intelligence is artificial.
    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
