Would you be satisfied and consider the season a success if the Panthers made the playoffs and were one and done?

We've been to the playoffs 4 out of the last 5 seasons and went to the Super Bowl 3 seasons ago. How would just "getting to the playoffs" be satisfying to anyone ?

We need to go all the way to be satisfied. I definitely want so see progress this year.

Well. They lost four. Whhich had to be better than going 18 years without a playoff appearance. Think they were happy about that.

I remember the days before the 2003 Super Bowl,...

I gather that many don’t remember but once upon a time, 1996, 2003, 2005, 2008 were the only years from 1995 that the playoffs were made until 2013. 

From 2013, we’ve made it every year but one,..4 out of 5 years,... so as many in 5 years as the previous 17 seasons,..

so while I want a Super Bowl as much as many,.. from where the team came from to where it is now, making the playoffs about every year,.. yes it’s a success.

The season is never a success to anyone who doesn't win the superbowl. Only 1 team has a successful season per year. It should be the only goal each and every year....Period
