Christian "Bruce Lee" McCaffrey?

Good choice for inspiration on a lot of levels, esp. for him and you can kind of see it in the way he moves.

I've got a dry erase board at work outside my office that I put positive quotes up almost every week and there's been quite a few Bruce Lee quotes on there. stuff like,

"The key to immortality is first living a life worth remembering."

“It’s not the daily increase but daily decrease. Hack away at the unessential.”

I thought it was cool that the Bosnia/Herzegovina city of Mostar put up a statue of him as a symbol of solidarity between the ethic groups there. At first I thought it was a pretty random choice but they said he was the one common thing they all had, and this was within the last 15 years that it was done.

It's just interesting that this guy has been able to influence so many people in so many ways.

    • I think the qualification has changed over time though. A deep ball play used to take 4 to 6 seconds for the receiver to get to that spot on the field. Now a receiver can be there in 2.5. That's less time than most QBs have to set and throw. In my mind a deep route takes time to develop. A crossing route and a deep route can't take the same amount of time at full speed. You can have 4 deep balls on the same drive,  almost 5 if you do 5 20 yard throws goal line to goal line. That doesn't even make sense when you say it out loud.
    • The sad part is it looks manicured enough that he's aware it's running away from him.  Also, I just wanted to give you some fun loving grief on King Haynes today having a chance to throw a game winning TD, and was wildly errant, and ultimately picked off to end the game.  So happy I won't have to hear anything else about The Golden Calf of Bristol lite ever again watching college football.
    • I just think Panthers believe in Bryce far more than the fans do and he is most likely going to be the QB at least the next two seasons. the real shot of us moving from Bryce is not getting an extension, till then they are going to give him every chance to succeed and I just want to win.
