You want to know why Moore and Samuel weren’t on the field together?

According to our HC who has won two COTY awards it’s because when you have them both on the field you have to figure out who is getting the ball.

Good god, Ron is a fugging idiot.

”Too many weapons on offense is bad!” proclaimed Mo-Ron Rivera!

All this time we’re thinking Samuel didn’t wear a tie or maybe he forgot to zip up and Ron saw his undies.

You REALLY think that's the reason... You guys I tell yea... Norv has game planned differently almost every single game this year.

I think it was Person who also asked if Ron would like to get them on the field more and his response was

“I want to see them continue to do the things they’re doing”.

Ron is freaking killing me with this crap. There are plenty of coaches in this league who would kill for guys like Moore and Samuel and would figure out how to get them on the field AT THE SAME TIME.

On Curtis Samuel’s 11 snaps when he was out on a pass play, Cam threw it to him 7 times.

Sounds like our QB is smart enough to know who needs the ball. I’m sure he can manage two exceptional receivers playing at the same time.

poo, I hate it when Saca is right and he is!

Ron is paying for the Uber, Norv is the one actually driving.

Do you guys seriously think Ron is on the sideline going, "hold on, hold on, get 12 out of this play, 10 is already out there".   Norv has final say on play construction, 90%+ of the game plan and 100% play calls.  That means he knows exactly who is on the field for that play.

I get (sort of) the condemnation of Ron for going for the road win,  but how long does Norv hold the halo you guys have constructed?

    • No one way to do it, it does appear that with the bigger draft picks of the last 5 years…..majority haven’t steered clear of young QBs on the roster being their hopeful guy. Especially past their rookie seasons but even some the biggest ones have had it early.   As far as Andy Dalton, the two young guys he has “mentored”…..have had very rough NFL starts.  Which really ask the why the heck is Dalton here.   He doesn’t really check any box.  No young potential.  Can’t step in and win.  And his mentor track record with Fields and now Bryce is bad
    • I had thought the Panthers might let him play out his contract this year and hope he stays healthy. If not draft a left tackle and move Ekwonu to right tackle.
    • Frankly, if most teams in the NFL lose their starting QB for a significant amount of time, they're screwed. The fantasy is that one has a future Tony Romo or a Nick Foles that can carry a stacked team. The reality is that you might get roughly 3~5 games out of your backup before it all falls apart. Remember all of Peyton Manning's backups? Utterly terrible. Speaking of backup QB's, Raiders may need one. https://www.nfl.com/news/raiders-qb-aidan-o-connell-suffered-fractured-wrist-in-preseason-finale-expected-to-be-out-6-8-weeks
