Tepper took over too deep into the offseason to make any meaningful changes for this season. I'd be shocked if we at least don't see a GM change this coming offseason. I'm 50/50 on the coaching staff. At this point, I want them gone but I think they could definitely save their jobs with a strong finish and a playoff win.

Hell, maybe he was. Buffalo went from the #26 overall defense last year to currently being the #2 overall defense this year. Granted, I'm clueless to what other changes they may or may not have made.

I want a clean house. Let the new owner bring in a new GM and find a coach that will lead us to a Lombardi in today's nfl

He's a great guy and he coached us to some great times, but I think it's time for us to move on. I won't celebrate it. I really wish that Ron was the guy.

This perfectly sums it up for me because I wish Ron was that guy too. I won’t celebrate when he’s let go, that’s for sure.

An entire defense can look like trash when your Tackles are playing non existent.  The worst thing Washington did was leave Brady fuggin Hoke to coach our D line.  That man needs to be fired Yesterday.

Definitely agree with you on Hoke. It's a huge part of the reason why I'd like to see Ron takeover defensive play calling duties. I think Washington is in over his head as a DC right now and the DL has fallen off a cliff with Washington no longer focusing on coaching them.

My concern is that if Tepper waits until the end of the season to can Hurney, then the new GM will not have time to compete for the top of the heap HCs and this is going to turn into another year of Ron & staff.
