The Ballad of Buster Scruggs

Netflix western movie. It is an anthology movie by the Coen Brothers and holy hell is it brilliant. Cast is great and surprisingly so, so don't even research it or watch a trailer. It's long (around 2 hours) but every second is worth it.

It was pretty decent; 1st and 5th stories were my favorites. Didn't care for the last. Tim Blake Nelson as a kickass singing cowboy was worth the whole 2 hours.

I enjoyed the entire movie. Each story had me cringing, wondering what calamity would befall the character. It was really dark, but so well done. Poor Billy Knapp.

This could have been so much better if it was just two hours about Buster.  The first story I found hilarious and the rest just didn't do it for me, with the exception of the pan shot.  The one with them moving to Oregon was interesting.  All I could say was "damn" after that one ended.
