If we lose to the Browns, RR has to be gone the next day.

Fire Hirney first and get a new GM to change the culture first. Cut out all of the cancer

It's an interesting point. If Tepper does completely clean house like many of us expect, will we have a traditional approach where the GM hires the HC? If so and we wait until the end of the season to make any changes, we are going to be seriously behind the 8 ball. While we're conducting our GM search, every franchise out there making a coaching change will be conducting their coaching searches. We and our new GM would be left to pick through the scrap heap of guys they didn't want. That's far from ideal.

Got a feeling we’ll probably beat the browns, somehow pull a W against Atl or Saints, end up 8-8 / 9-7 and dude saves his job for another year

I dont think 8-8 or 9-7 will save his Job, both of those are losing 2nd half records 2-6 and 3-5 respectfully.  Going 10-6 with a 4-4 second half record is the only way he saves his job imo. Starting 6-2 and ending 2-6 will get a dude fired

A lot of you guys are like the cartoon with the big dog and the little dog that keeps barking, go get em spike.

Tepper doesn’t have to do a damn thing to make the serfs happy,.. keep in mind he’s a hedge fund manager not a leader of men,..

theres a big difference— he’s not a general,. He didn’t manufacture anything or lead anyone or create a Disney or a Hilton or something.

he plays with matrix money,..

so don’t presume to know what the guy will do or won’t do.

    • I don't think it's a homer though when I really feel this team can beat anyone.  The points that can be scored in bunches when the big three are on has high potential.  Moose has effort for days and IMO is the heart of the team.  And didn't see Miles becoming the team "vet" in the starting lineup just roleplaying lol.   We have to limit the turnovers though (Brandon Miller I'm looking at you bud, you are a bad ball handler) and some little things.   Colby off the bench is a cheat code and him and Kaulk have a nice little game going with the picks.    Sion playing every game and just getting better each game.  He has grit.  Grant and Green also grit.  We need replace Tillman with PJ Hall though.  Tillman looks like someone that shouldn't be on an NBA court, or at least with this team, he's just too slow for this tempo.   Even McNeely looked decent tonight and can drive.   If Kaulk and Moose could even be like 30% 3pt shooters man....
    • 1.) LaMelo 2.) Kon 3.} Miller 4.. Giannis 5.) Moose   1.) Coby 2.) ? 3.) Sion 4.) Miles Bridges 5.) Kalk That squad would win multiple chips.
