One thing that hits me pretty hard as a fan

I really feel bad for Olsen, TD, Khalil and Peppers, this was probably their last chance at a ring. I don’t expect to see any of them back next year. I know TD said he wanted to play one more year but I’m not sure he will be re-signed for another year. Olsen will probably retire due to consistent injury, Peppers while he still has it I don’t I think he will hang em up and Khalil I think already said this was gonna be his last year. I’m 35 and I’ve been watching this team since I was 12, I still remember watching us beat the Cowboys in 1996 in the playoffs. I legit cried real tears both times we lost the Super Bowl. Super Bowl 50 meant a little more because I really thought we had it that year and my 7 year old son was into it too and I was planning on taking him to the victory parade, talk about a dagger . I will keep supporting them win lose or draw, I just hope they can get a Super Bowl victory before I die. I guess it could be worse, the Browns and Lions have been around forever and have never even been to the Super Bowl. Ugh, this has been a rough season but we’ve been through worse. 2015 was the year now it's just an amazing memory

Tell me about it. I spent 10,000 dollars to take me and my family to Superbowl 50 and endured 10s of thousand of Denver fans while there. At my age there is a decent chance we won't win a Super Bowl before I go. My advice to you is to go if we get back there no matter the cost. It was worth it even though we lost.

I live 45min from the stadium but I was transitioning jobs at that time and didn't have the disposable $$ to go.

But that's what I hear from panther fans who went was yeah we lost but it was still worth it.

Now I have the disposable $ and we suck ass, pffffff I was ready to go to Minnesota last year

I hear you. With the Superbowl in Atlanta and having family down there I was all hyped to go this year. Really disappointing.

I was ready to pull the trigger on going to SF as well, but couldn’t justify spending that amount of money on myself. I ended up having a massive party at my house instead.

    • I don’t know about floor in a team defense sense but we needed more.  The floor that I am familiar with is our QBs floor and it is so low that every other part of the team needs to be beefed up.     We tried our best to improve these things and I think we did improve the defense and we at least kept the offense  from sinking from no LT.  And ostensibly helped the receivers too.   So we kept a window open that we at least have a chance to improve our record by a game of two.  Which would probably give us the division.

    • Yeah. I am one of. those who think a JAG RB can eat with really good blocking. (Brooks is most important in my mind, in tbe passing game and that is what we’ll lose without him)  There are a lot of aspects to this. The big one that caused us to struggle is Young and his arm scared no one.  Best back, best blocking still cannot defeat a really good defense if they are not forced to respect the pass.  And teams did not.    But, a strong OL and running game Can get us over against weaker defenses.  And if Bryce still doesn’t scare anyone we can still win some games. Like last year  So it is really important to tend to that OL.   Get that straight and see if in his fourth year he can finally back defenses off. That is what if is all about this year to me, on the Bryce front.
