If Ron keeps control of the defense for now on, and keeps it playing like they did tonight, I’m all for keeping him. He just needs a Norv type guy to control the O.

I predict Cam will look decent for a few games next year and then start falling apart again. He’s done.

Ron should be fired for trotting out an injured Cam so he can use Cam as an excuse to keep his job.  It's obvious Cam's not 100%.  Even Steve Young who's admitted to not watching the games can tell.

Agree but Cam needs to be a game manager like Brett Farve or Joe Flacco for a few years. Sign Williams and secure the inside. Realistically this will take two years and we should have a new QB by then.
