I think you missed the point on that one. It's more about leaving obviously hurt players out there on the field to potentially incur further damage when a healthy player might give you a better chance to win.

Try not to be prisoners of the moment. Rivera has a solid resume and will be a very strong DC if not head coach. If Tepper wants to clean house or has the next elite coaching staff in mind go for it.

I don't care about past success or that he took us to a Super Bowl or all those other reasons people to point to as to why we should keep him.  Rivera sucks at managing a game.  Removing Allen from the game is the perfect example of that.  It will be really hard to win a Super Bowl with Rivera as a coach so it blows my mind why people want to keep him.

Does every other team out there have a pro bowl DE? Is Ron not part of the decision making when it comes to drafts and free agency?

I’ve wanted Rivera gone since 2016, but TBH I could have handled him here next year with a new GM.   However, the last straw for me was that wasted time calling the timeout during the Saints game.  If he and Hurney are still here next year then I have HUGE doubts about Tepper as an owner.

Honestly, if significant changes aren't made this fanbase needs to boycott. If Tepper only sees this organization as an investment and doesn't care about trying to field a winning football team, then let him try to make his money off of the visiting fanbase week in and week out.
