Mike Tomlin perhaps?

People forget that Tomlin's Super Bowl win was almost ten years ago. Explain to me how he managed to go all these seasons since then with talent light years ahead of us and have nothing to show for it. Oh, and guess which team this season was once 7-2-1 and yet are in serious trouble of even making the playoffs? If recent history is any indication, our best shot to win a Lombardi is with a new face and give it about five years.

Feasted on Cinci and Cleveland year after year. You didn't have to pencil the Cleveland games as wins, you could use ink. And he's had a very good QB as well. So I don't know what his record really means, in terms of would it be that good if he had to play a tougher division schedule without an established franchise QB. Which may be our situation sooner than later.

We do not need another players coach like Tomlin

I Agree. We need a hard-nosed coach that won't take crap from anyone. One that will have the players doing it his way or the highway. That will keep them in line and disciplined. No more "missed opportunities" because that crap doesn't sit well within his regime! A leader of men, not a coach like Rivera who seems like he tries to be their buddy.

Lol at anyone comparing Tomlin to Rivera. The Steelers have actually fielded consistent playoff teams for more than a 3 year period.

would take him in a heartbeat.

aint happening though

LOL @ anyone who thinks Tomlin would do that here with this GM / organization.

They have had an all time great GM(DoFO before being their first ever GM) who will be in the HoF btw and Tomlin consistently fields those teams because of him and he was doing so before Tomlin as well. Tomlin in game does the same poo Rivera does and their fans complaints are the same as ours.
