If I recall correctly,, he hired one of our recent crop of defensive coaches (Brady Hoke, I think) after having met him one time at some kind of function in California. You saw how that worked out.

Yeah, I think Wilkes returning as DC is a more likely scenario than bringing an unknown in Vance Joseph aboard. I don't think Rivera will bump his buddy Rodgers either.
