Geoff Schwartz is just as salty about his time in Carolina as Williams was.

Dude is nothing but spiteful when it comes to anything Carolina.

And KC BBQ isn’t a thing, they just slow cook any type of meat and throw ketchup on it.

NC, SC, Memphis, Texas, etc. at least have a staple dish (i.e. pulled pork, brisket, etc.), KC slow cooks a lamb and squirts Hunts all over it and calls it BBQ.

That ain’t it BBQ.

I wish I would have tried some barbecue on my four trips to Kansas the last 10 years. My mother-in-law who lived with her daughter in Junction City, Kansas died last year and I told my wife that I would never go out there again (I probably will though).

KC BBQ is trash. Honestly, all of the midwest BBQ (KC, Memphis, St. Louis, etc.) is trash. Real BBQ comes from NC and Texas. The Midwest just drowns their terrible food in syrupy sweet sauces to hide the fact that it sucks.
