its all good...just different...

I used to work for Sprint so I used to be in and out of KC pretty often. They drug me to all of the top spots at one time or another. That stuff is straight trash. Sorry, not sorry.

Austin used to be in my sales dirt so I've eaten at most of the top spots there too. Damn good food but honestly not worth waiting in line for hours good. Luckily we have Wayne's BBQ here in CO and he's from Austin and apprenticed will some of those top pit masters and his stuff could hold it's own all day in Austin. When I want good brisket, I just drive the 45 minutes to Wayne's.

I respect those Texas guys. Brisket is a motherfuger. Completely unforgiving. There's great brisket and there's terrible brisket and virtually nothing in between. Pork is very forgiving with all of the fat and moisture content. I've had a lot of decent pork BBQ. You don't need to slather it with sickeningly sweet sauce like the midwest does. I'd rather have their mediocre BBQ without it. It would be fine.

Im not the healthiest person in the world, but people still eat pork nowadays?

I get sausage and bacon. But BBQ? That stuff is a headache waiting to happen for me.

Honestly, you're probably getting the headaches not from the pork but from all of the nitrites and nitrates that are used to preserve that bacon and sausage you're eating.

I remember he said something trashing the panthers on twitter a few years back and Ryan Kalil came at him with something like 'we hated having you out there too because we had to pick up all your work'  or something like that.  It was pretty brutal lol.

different folks have different tastes that's why there are different styles...that's why one isn't really better just preferred by the individual...this isn't really about BBq ...

KC BBQ is trash. Honestly, all of the midwest BBQ (KC, Memphis, St. Louis, etc.) is trash. Real BBQ comes from NC and Texas. The Midwest just drowns their terrible food in syrupy sweet sauces to hide the fact that it sucks.

    • Outside of cerrato, I do like our draft overall. Hard to get can't miss draft picks when you pick late in the draft
    • Very True--and I am a former HS English teacher.
    • Not a Moore fan-but he had a few good games last year-but I want players that scare you--Renfrow's route running and intelligence, Legette's size, speed, and strength, AT's intelligence and route running, Coker's body control, strong hands, and abilty to win contested catches, and TMac's size, body control, and ability to find soft spots in zone coverages.  Horn gives them the ability to stretch the field and he plays special teams.   Moore has a nice smile and can dance.  He filled in well last season, but to get better as a team, you have to upgrade your players.  I think Moore is a bottom of the roster guy who got bumped when we drafted 2 WRs and signed a legit free agent.  Here is the thing--TMac makes us better because he is great against the zone--man?  Good luck with that.  AT's role can be reduced, and that is probably a good thing.  He can specialize in situational football. Coker?  Just getting started. XL?  Just getting started.  Drafting TMac was probably a bit of a wake up call, but XL will be better as the 2. Renfrow?  I see him splitting reps with AT--keeping both fresh and giving different looks. Horn?  Watch the safety cheat his side when he is in the game--I see a young Steve Smith type in him, but he has yet to play a game.  I hear that Morgan loves him.
