So I find it funny that both Corn And Seymour are changing their numbers.  Hoping for a complete reset I guess.

CB Kevon Seymour - No.23 (Previously No. 27)

After wearing the No. 27 for his first two seasons with the Panthers, cornerback Kevon Seymour has switched to No. 23. Fellow cornerback Josh Thornton will now wear No. 27 in Seymour's stead.
