Ron Rivera said second round pick Greg Little gives the Panthers “first class depth” behind Daryl Williams at tackle.

I'm not convinced Daryl Williams is a "first class starter" at LT yet.  My source said our OL looked bad and this was confirmed against the Bills.  Let's hope they gel soon.

I get giving all the rest days to the starting OL guys to keep them fresh.  But since we have a new center and LT we need to get them some significant time to gel together.

I will be focused on on them on Thurs.

LT is a potential big problem and I hope the Panthers are considering putting Moton at LT and letting Williams go back to his natural position at RT.  My buddy was laughing at me last week when I told him how great our OL was going to be this year and he was correct.

Right now it’s true. We moved up for a player who can’t start over a OT that has never played LT in his career. So until he proves otherwise, he’s depth and the decision to take him is still questionable.

A rookie, versus a pro bowl tackle.

Your expectations are wack.

Cept Moton is the better RT.

funny how none of the tackles on this roster are proven at LT at the pro level, and you have already cast your judgement, based on nothing but preseason.

I said LT is a "potential" big problem. All we have at this point is training camp and preseason games and LT and LG have not looked good.

Are you one of those posters that just likes to argue?

Are we seriously pretending Daryl Williams isn’t a good player???

Sort of like you pretending I didn’t post about how he was an excellent signing in the same post. You can be a good RT and suck at LT. Wasn’t a hard concept to grasp.

Guys like Williams and Paradis played two series against Buffalo, right? Let's see how they do Thursday before all of this doom and gloom.

Williams looked bad in practice too

Which is the ENTIRE problem. We have all unproven options who have never played the position besides one game from Moton. And if we had confidence in Williams, why draft a project over a possibe Starter(or two).

You can put blind faith that DW is a good LT, like you do everything else to do with this team, but I’ll believe it when I see it..
