I was wondering if anybody noticed this

SI mentioned it in an article as well (link) and I've seen one or two other comments about it around the internet.

It probably would have been a lot bigger deal if the Bucs had ended up losing, but either way I feel like this was really bad.

    I think everyone saw that. It is the reason I don't like Instant Replay. Refs have been screwing up since inception. Why do we have to take that away from them?

 

    Two things about Instant Replay. 1. Refs are reluctant to make a call. Let Instant Replay figure it out. Bull. 2. It is the main reason games last so long nowadays. Get rid of it. And let the Refs ref.

To be fair Cam got that first down on our first drive and it didnt get a better review because the camera crew was understaffed

Hard for me to ever be objective when it comes to other teams getting screwed by officiating, but yeah, it was bad...  but, then again, I have felt like for years, as much as Boger's crew screws us with calls, it often seems like they're just as bad for both teams...  you just don't want to be on the receiving end of what ends up being the most pivotal call...  but his crew looks like a bunch of inept idiots everytime we've had them.

Oh I did. That was a ridiculous spot to begin with. We were half a yard short then the first ref marks almost at the line then it gets moved to over the line. I was laughing so hard.

I don’t think Boger screws us on purpose. His crew is just so bad that it’s a 50/50 chance whether your team or your opponent gets screwed. He is easily the worst now that Triplett and Morelli retired.

As obviously biased as all of us were, even we couldn't believe it.

I don't want that. There'd be penalties on every damn play.

Not for everything, but things like where the ball should be. How to determine first down and touch downs, etc.

Rather that than biased refs picking and choosing which ones they want to call.
