After two concussions that close together they absolutely need to be cautious. Kind of like Allen playing well takes the pressure off of feeling the need to rush Cam back, Daley playing well takes the pressure off of feeling the need to rush Little back.

I agree. Just crazy how this poo always seems to bite us

Hope Kyle continues to grow and get better and maybe get a glove on the non throwing hand

why not 2 of the whitest gloves you've ever seen?  white like ive never seen until i saw david carr in them fixing his hair for the camera on the sideline

so the sheffty source was just complete bs.  i guess more likely it was from cams camp and was made clear by them he would begin his work with trainers, and sheffty just made it sound a certain way for clicks.

If it came from Newton's camp, then Person's speculation about a "tug-of-war" might prove to be correct.

canfora's and cbs sports sources yesterday seemed to be from the team.   sheffty's seems to be from cam's agent.  i can't see why cam's agent would have made it sound like he was more ready than he was.  that doesn't make sense.  now if he did it just to get cam's name in the news i could see that.  it still makes the most sense that sheffty worded it in a way where he wasn't wrong, but sure made folks think cam was farther along that he is. a way to fill a few segments on tv about it.   lots of people here fell for it.  made a giant thread about it, and another about how he should start in san fran.

I would've sat on that. I would've at least made the 49ers consider the possibility that Cam might play for a little longer

Not to go all tinfoil hat, but if the Panthers are looking at the possibility of KA long term, they need to see how teams will prepare when they know he's the guy. Giving the current hotshot DC (Robert Saleh) a full week on Kyle would show the Panther more than keeping it a mystery.

I've been thinking from the beginning, that just like the shoulder when it started, he needed surgery.  I wouldn't be surprised if he plays the rest of the season with the foot as-is, and then has surgery on it this offseason.

Regardless, I'm hoping the rest has him to at least 95%...

If you honestly think hes going to need surgery in the off-season then idk why he is even trying a comeback. we all saw what happened to olsen when he came back. It takes about two months to heal. we are at 6 weeks.
