It wouldn't at all surprise me that if after four straight wins Rivera used the bye week to hand the D back over to Washington. It would disappoint me, but it certainly wouldn't surprise me.

There's some logic to that if you're Newton, especially if he's not feeling completely healthy.

I guess I don't know what ‘completely healthy’ or ‘100% healthy’ is with this franchise anymore.  I doubt there is a player in the nfl that is completely healthy 

I honestly feel like the window is closed on the Rivera era and it’s past time to move on from all of them.  Sadly 

I mean, why care about cam’s health now when for years they didn’t unless they plan on moving him in the off season.  I was floored when newton admitted it was a known fact that shoulder wasn’t right after the first surgery and still they played him
