There is no reason not to ride the hot hand. Grier needs serious work on his mechanics to be a starter.

I’m all about it....if we start to lose games.  Defiantly need to see what he has in that case. 

No way in hell you see Grier while the Panthers have figured out a way to win with Allen.  You don’t get extra wins for doing it prettier.  Wins is all that matters.

Grier has fundamental issues with the way he throws the ball that need to be fixed. If he can do that he can actually probably be pretty good, but this takes time.
