Tepper informed all the panthers he plans on keeping, they need to stay healthy for next season. So either IR or cut their playing time. 

Gives us a chance to see who's the dead weight around here. Example: D.Jackson 

Fyi: Mccaffrey sell tickets can't shut him down, but after reaching his milestones, would not be surprised if he start to see his snaps reduce these last couple of games.

I don't think it is injury as Burns was playing gunner on special teams at least twice yesterday. 

That makes it even more of a head scratcher.
