If it's Hurney making that call they're gonna ask for next year's #1 considering his willingness to give those up in the past.

Going strictly off of the value chart, it would take our 1st and 2nd. Given Hurney'd history with 2nd round picks, that's basically moving up for free.

It depends how many teams finish 5-11.

 

Basically it just revolves after the 1st round, where the team that won the tiebreaker goes to last and other teams move up in position, and it does that every round.

1st round

5. Dolphins

6. Jaguars

7.Chargers

8. Panthers

 

2nd round

5. Jaguars

6. Chargers

7. Panthers

8. Dolphins

3rd round

5. Chargers

6. Panthers

7. Dolphins
